How to have your information removed
If you enquired through Facebook or Instagram
Remove our app from your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites) and Meta will send us a deletion request automatically. You will be given a confirmation code, which you can check on this page.
Already have a code?
If you contacted us any other way
Most of our enquiries arrive by phone, in person, or through our website, and those are not linked to a social media account — so the route above will not find them. Email us instead:
Include the phone number you gave us, so we can find your record. We will confirm within 30 days, at no charge.
What gets deleted
We remove your enquiry, your contact details, the notes recorded about calls with you, and any documents you sent.
What we may have to keep: where treatment was actually provided, medical record retention rules require us to hold certain records for a fixed period, and we cannot delete those early. We will tell you exactly what is being retained and why.
