Privacy Policy
Last updated 22 September 2026
Svastha Care ("we", "us") operates a patient enquiry and follow-up system. This policy explains what personal information we collect through it, why we hold it, who can see it, and how you can have it removed.
1. Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry — through an advertisement, our website, over the phone, or in person — we record:
- Contact details: your name, phone number, and email address if you give one
- Enquiry details: the treatment or procedure you asked about, your city, and your age and gender where the form asks for them
- Correspondence: notes our staff record about calls and messages with you, including the outcome of each attempt to reach you
- Documents: any files you send us in connection with your enquiry
- Appointment and treatment information: the consultant assigned to you, scheduled dates, and the outcome of your case
We do not collect payment card details, and we do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels on this website.
2. Where your information comes from
- Directly from you — by phone, in person, or through a form on our website
- Social media lead forms — if you submit an enquiry form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us the answers you gave on that form
- Our staff — notes recorded during conversations with you
We only receive information from Meta that you entered into the enquiry form yourself. We do not receive your Facebook or Instagram profile, your friends, your activity, or anything you did not type into that form.
3. Why we hold it
- To contact you about the treatment you enquired about
- To arrange consultations, share estimates, and schedule procedures
- To keep a record of what was discussed, so a colleague can pick up where another left off
- To meet our record-keeping obligations as a healthcare provider
We rely on your consent, given when you submitted the enquiry, and on our legitimate interest in responding to it.
4. Who can see it
Access is restricted by role. Staff can only see enquiries assigned to them unless they hold an explicit permission to see more. Phone numbers are masked for staff who are not authorised to view them — such staff see only the first and last two digits, and the full number is never sent to their browser.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising. We share it only with:
- The consultant or hospital treating your case
- Service providers who host or process data on our behalf, under contract
- Authorities, where the law requires it
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet medical record-keeping requirements, after which they are deleted. If your enquiry did not lead to treatment, tell us and we will remove it sooner.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information, subject to any records we are legally required to retain
- Stop contacting you
Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.
If you submitted an enquiry through Facebook or Instagram, you can also use our data deletion page.
7. How we protect it
- All traffic to this system is encrypted in transit (HTTPS)
- Staff accounts are individual, password-protected, and permission-controlled
- Every change to an enquiry is recorded against the staff member who made it
- Uploaded documents are stored so they cannot be executed as code
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will tell you and the relevant authority as required by law.
8. Children
We do not knowingly collect enquiries from anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian. Where a patient is a minor, we expect the enquiry to come from a parent or guardian.
9. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
