These terms govern your use of the enquiry and appointment services provided by Svastha Care. By submitting an enquiry you accept them.

1. What this service is

We operate a system for receiving patient enquiries, responding to them, and arranging consultations and procedures. Submitting an enquiry starts a conversation — it does not create a doctor–patient relationship, book an appointment, or guarantee that treatment will be offered.

2. Not medical advice

Nothing on this website, in an advertisement, or in a message sent through this system is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any indicative cost or timeline we share before consultation is an estimate only, and may change once a consultant has examined you.

If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital. Do not use this service.

3. Information you give us

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and is yours to give. Specifically:

• The phone number and email you provide are ones you are entitled to be contacted on
• If you enquire on behalf of someone else, you have their permission to share their details
• You will tell us if your contact details change

4. How we will contact you

By submitting an enquiry you consent to us contacting you about it by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message or writing to [email protected]. We will stop contacting you about marketing immediately; we may still need to reach you about treatment already arranged.

5. Estimates, fees and payment

Any figure quoted before consultation is an estimate. The final cost is confirmed in writing before a procedure goes ahead. Where a procedure is covered by insurance, approval is a matter between you and your insurer, and we cannot guarantee the outcome of a claim.

6. Cancellations

Tell us as early as you can if you cannot attend a scheduled consultation or procedure. We may need to reschedule appointments for clinical or operational reasons, and will give you as much notice as we reasonably can.

7. Your privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this service to submit false enquiries, impersonate another person, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.

9. Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care to keep this service available and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from a delay in responding to an enquiry. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
